With whatever you do in the business world, we wish you well!

Whether we ever do anything together or not, as you consider another potential venture, we would like to pass along a few of the "ADVICE" from what we have discovered from our business experience.

Sometimes avoiding the wrong situation is just as important and valuable as finding the right new business!

-Avoid an organization if it relies on income claims of their "Top" person. An ethical company does not promote the business based on the income of a few individuals. This is almost essential in the recruitment efforts of some wellness organizations when there are many firms offering very similar products and the only way to differentiate is through the exploitation of a few representative's  incomes.  Often the "million dollar earners" are paid to come on board.

-Avoid the other misconception that 7 figure earners being in the business can somehow benefit you as an individual.  Most likely, it actually makes it harder for you because why would someone enroll with you when they could enroll with a million dollar earner?  A new person in an ethical company should have the same opportunity and be able to have a profitable business from the beginning using a good business model, just like anyone else.

-Avoid sending unsolicited emails, or spam, to people. Not only does this not work, but it is against all internet regulations. Never buy a CD of email addresses and blast an email to thousands of these people. That will get your web host, Internet connection, and web site shut down! Anyway, it just doesn't work. People don't respond.

-Partner with someone who understands the business you are interested in.

-FFA pages. These are free-for-all pages where anyone can post a link to their site. There are some advanced FFA techniques that are somewhat effective, but there is some spam risk and the response is not as good as from what you have been shown. It is best to build your own list.

-Do not submit your redirect URL to search engines. Almost all search engines do not list pages that redirect to another URL.

-Partner with a system that offers multiple income streams. There are some good home based businesses out there that have been around a while, and while they offer some security, it is very difficult to grow your income due to the "saturation" in the market place. Any "hiccup" in a '1-Business' Income Model can ruin you.

-Do not buy exit traffic. Exit traffic is when you leave a site, another site appears for you to look at. Studies have shown that people rarely look at these other sites. You get much more value for your money buying leads or placing ezine ads. You want people to look at your site who are highly motivated to start a home business.

-Study internet home business as the last vestige for the average America family to create the American Dream of working from home. Franchises are out of reach for 99% due to start up costs. Work at home jobs - like stuffing envelopes and Medical Billing - simply are not what they appear to be - or promoted as. Don't be foolish with your time and money.

-Placing solo ezine ads is not usually not worth the extra money. A solo ad is when your ad is sent by itself to all the subscribers of an ezine. People do respond, but the added cost for the solo is better spent on email leads or more regular ezine ads.
